Benchmarking Software Management Tools

We recently completed a project that involved conducting a benchmark study on strategic product management tools. A software supplier approached us with a request to research and compare various similar products in the market to add a new product to their portfolio. Our team first analyzed the tool that the client had already chosen and then created a long list of 5 comparable products. After careful communication with the client, we conducted a deep dive analysis on the two most fitting and relevant 2 tools and provided the client with our recommendations on the most suitable tool for their needs.

The final deliverable was a benchmark report that compared 2 strategic product management tools with the chosen product. The long list of products was presented in an Excel format and the shortlist was outlined in a presentation. We provided the client with valuable insights and recommendations to help them make an informed decision about the best product to add to their portfolio.
